• * Leadership is necessary for the release of potentials, both of peoples, systems and institutions
• * Leadership is necessary for the achievement of excellence and beauty
• * Leadership is necessary for the reproduction and perpetuation of leadership

What leadership is not:

• * Leadership is not a position or title
• * Leadership is not a status symbol or success achievement
• * Leadership is not a function of a birth position or hierarchy
• * Leadership is not the realization of an ambition
• * Leadership is not about the possession of money
• * Leadership is not about eloquence of speech or oratorical skills
• * Leadership is not about appearance, looks or facade

In conclusion, leaders raise leaders, everything produces according to its kind, so you must be a leader, if leaders must come of you; don't struggle for position, struggle for function
